IES Poeta Paco Mollá is committed to providing high-quality education and training that prepares our students for successful professional, academic, and personal development. As a secondary school offering Advanced Vocational Education and Training (VET) programmes, we recognise the importance of international cooperation, intercultural competence, and mobility opportunities in enhancing the employability and skills of our learners.

Strategic Objectives

Our participation in the Erasmus+ Programme aims to:

  1. Improve the professional skills and employability of our students by offering international work-based learning opportunities, fostering practical experience in diverse European environments.
  2. Promote the internationalisation of our institution through partnerships with schools, training centres, companies, and organisations across Europe.
  3. Strengthen language competence and intercultural awareness among students and staff, preparing them to work in a globalised labour market.
  4. Enhance the quality of teaching and learning by supporting staff mobility, professional development, and the exchange of innovative methodologies.
  5. Foster inclusion, equality, and participation, ensuring that mobility opportunities are accessible to all learners regardless of background or circumstances.

Implementation Approach

To achieve these objectives, IES Poeta Paco Mollá will:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with European institutions and companies relevant to our VET specialisations.
  • Promote Erasmus+ opportunities to students and staff through transparent, inclusive, and merit-based selection processes.
  • Ensure the academic and professional recognition of learning outcomes through the use of ECTS, ECVET principles, and Learning Agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive preparation for participants, including language support, cultural orientation, and guidance on health, safety, and administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate mobility activities to ensure continuous improvement and quality assurance.
